<p>Soft-ripened brie hand wrapped in filo dough for a flaky crust when baked. Before we wrap the brie, we split it open and fill with a fig or cranberry condiment. Then we wrap it in filo dough ready to bake. Cut into this brie and enjoy the flavors of warm brie, sweet condiment and flaky puff pastry.</p>
