Summer Straub's Smokehouse

<p>Premium brisket smoked slowly and seasoned with a blend of spices.</p>

<p>Our burnt ends are smoked a little longer to carmelize the edges. Add to pasta or make a hearty sandwich. Always a delicacy.</p>

<p>Before we smoke, we select top grade baby back ribs, rub them with our smokehouse blend of spices, and let them smoke. Perfect.</p>

<p>Jumbo wings are brined and tossed with a blend of seasonings, then smoked.</p>

<p>We slice our tender Smokehouse Beef Brisket and layer it on 9 soft slider rolls, top with Colby cheddar and our house pineapple chipotle BBQ sauce. Comes in an oven ready pan to heat and eat.</p>

<p>We mix hot and mild Blue’s Hog BBQ sauce in our Smokehouse pulled pork then load up 9 soft sliders. Comes in oven ready pan.</p>

<p>We slice our Smokehouse pork tenderloin and layer it on 9 soft slider rolls. The glaze is an apricot jam with a touch of BBQ mixed in. Comes in an oven ready pan to heat and eat.</p>
